Glenside is just an amazing place to call home! The friendly community, convenient location, great schools, natural beauty, and quaint downtown make it a perfect spot to settle down and enjoy life.

What I love the most about Glenside, is it's architectural diversity! The homes reflect Glenside's rich history and the evolution of different architectural movements over time. Starting with it's significant number of Colonial-style homes. The elegant Victorian houses that transport you to a bygone era!  As well as Craftsman it's bungalows with broad front porches. And some stunning examples of mid-century modern homes.

Springfield Township

One of the things I love about living in Springfield is it's historic past.

Founded In the early 18th century when William Penn, the founder of Pennsylvania, granted land to a group of settlers from Springfield, in England, who decided to name their new settlement after their hometown.  Its wonderful to see some of their homes, taverns and buildings still around!

When the American Revolutionary War broke out, the Continental Army would often be marching through the town on their way to the battles taking place all around Springfield. It must have been quite a sight to see!

Today, It's proximity to parks and the City along with its awesome school district, makes Springfield, super desirable, .
